Our Founders

Lim Keat Kuang

Chief Executive Officer

A trailblazer, Keat achieved Malaysia’s fastest growth in financial products sales, breaking longstanding nationwide records within the first year of forming his team.

In leadership roles with AHAM, Kenanga Investment Bank, Hong Leong Assurance, his team has won more than 100 awards.

Beyond finance, he founded Geek Fam, a top Southeast Asia Esports organization, and Digitally.Asia, a Digital 360 Agency driving the success of companies like HSBC, Lenovo Asia, Funding Societies.

His finance background has led to consultations within industries such as Private Equity, Property, F&B, E-Commerce, Manufacturing, Mining, Agriculture.

Louis Tan

Chief Investment Officer

Louis is a seasoned entrepreneur with a track record of founding and scaling businesses across sectors, from technology to consumer manufacturing.

He co-founded Red Ape Solutions with Nova Founders Ltd. and led it to a successful acquisition by Omesti Bhd in 2017, subsequently serving as Group CIO.

He later founded Elm Trading, where he built large-scale, automated execution systems operating at significant volume, developing deep expertise in infrastructure, risk controls, and operational scalability.

Through his technology ventures, Louis helped build early-stage systems for high-growth companies including CompareAsia (now publicly listed in the U.S.), TheLuxeNomad, and ShopandBox. In 2020, he self-funded and launched Pledgecare, a premium pet food manufacturer.

Gan Eng Hian

Chief Relations Officer

With diverse experience spanning agrochemicals and property development, Eng Hian brings a strategic and operational edge to QTP.

As General Manager of Business Development at an agrochemicals company, he led critical modernization efforts, streamlining operations and driving growth. Later, he managed property projects exceeding RM2 billion in GDV, showcasing his ability to oversee complex, high-value initiatives.

At Elm Trading, which he co-founded with Louis Tan, his expertise and strategic partnerships drove a threefold growth in two years, solidifying his role as a key driver of success.
